Who we are
This website is operated by Emfara Inc., a Delaware corporation based in New York, which provides DGM One. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
General information, not regulatory advice
Our guides, articles, comparison pages and free tools, including the UN number lookup, explain dangerous goods rules in general terms. They are not a substitute for the current edition of the applicable regulations (such as the ICAO Technical Instructions, the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, the IMDG Code, 49 CFR, ADR and RID), for your own trained staff, or for professional advice on a specific shipment. Regulations change, and operator and state variations apply. You remain responsible for classifying, packing, marking, labelling, documenting and offering your shipments correctly.
We work to keep the content accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or error free, and the free tools are provided as they are.
The DGM One service
Access to DGM One at app.dgmone.com is governed by the agreement between your organisation and Emfara, including our data processing agreement. These website terms do not change that agreement.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems.
- Do not scrape the website at a scale that affects its performance, or use it to build a competing dataset.
- Do not submit false information or other people’s details through our forms.
Good faith security research is welcome under the rules in our Trust Center and our security.txt file.
Content and trademarks
The website content is owned by Emfara or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use with attribution, but you may not republish substantial parts without permission. DGM One and DGenius are our trademarks. Other names, such as IATA, ICAO and IMO, belong to their owners and are used only to identify the regulations and organisations referred to. We do not reproduce or redistribute licensed regulatory texts.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, Emfara is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, its guides or its free tools, including fines, rejected or delayed shipments, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country where you live gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
